Diamond Eggshell provides win win solution for sports hall

The Roger Peel Sports Centre provides the main sport facilities for some 920 pupils at the co-educational day and boarding school near Huntington. The large multi-purpose sports hall includes a well equipped gymnasium, a weights room, two squash courts and indoor changing facilities, as well as a designated PE classroom used for teaching A-level Sports Studies. First opened in 1992, the building was starting to look tired and dowdy, so the school called upon Dulux Trade to provide a bright, energising and durable new look.
A Dulux Trade colour consultant recommended a selection of colour schemes to give the sports hall a real boost. The colour choices needed to work with the school colours of purple, white and black and an array of vibrant lilacs, purples, blues and greens were combined throughout the facilities.
To ensure long lasting results, Dulux Trade contract partners, R Carter & Sons used Dulux Trade Quick Drying Eggshell throughout, as the product offers dramatically enhanced stain resistance and exceptional durability, making it the best performing water-based mid-sheen finish on the market.
