Fuel promotion Terms & Conditions

1. By participating into this promotion (the "Promotion"), claimants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. The Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 and over and excludes AkzoNobel's National Contractors, employees of the AkzoNobel group of companies, their immediate families, agents or any other person connected with the running of this Promotion. The Promotion is only available in participating merchants. The Promotion applies to all Dulux Trade products excluding Fast Matt and Glidden Trade excluding Contract Matt purchases.
3. THE FREE FUEL OFFER APPLIES TO THE FIRST 10,000L OF QUALIFYING PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM 1ST THROUGH TO 31ST MARCH 2013 ONLY. Claims will be processed on date of Transaction rather than Invoice.
4. The Promotion will run from 1st to 31st March 2013 (the "Promotional Period"). The end date for all claims being received is 30th April 2013
5. Only purchases made by participants within the Promotional Period will be considered when determining eligibility to receive a gift.
6. There are 2 routes to enter. Contract Direct customers can register online at www.litres4litres.co.uk. Non Contract Direct, and Cash customers should collect advice notes/invoices during the promotion period to be mailed with this promotional leaflet to, Litres for Litres Promotion, Freepost, RSST-ELTY-UUKJ, Inc Design Limited, 1 North Parade, Parsonage Gardens, Manchester, M3 2NH enclosing original or photocopied paperwork detailing promotional purchases.
7. For every 5 litres of qualifying Dulux Trade and 10 Litres of qualifying Glidden Trade product purchased during the promotional period, participants will be awarded an equivalent value of 1 litre of fuel. The total equivalent promotional entitlement of fuel value will be provided on a preloaded Prepaid Fuel Card and mailed to each participant at the end of the promotional period. Each Prepaid Fuel Card will be added with funds to spend in any fuel station or outlet that accepts debit or credit cards It is a condition of application and accepting the Prepaid Fuel Card that you accept the card terms and conditions (details provided when the card is sent) The fuel cost awarded is calculated based on UK Unleaded 95 Octane Petrol at an average price of 137.00p. 8. Participants will receive a preloaded prepaid Fuel Card within 60 days of the end of the promotion. Card load limit of £2000.00. Minimum Card load of £5.00. Multiple cards may be issued.
9. The Prepaid Fuel Cards must be activated by the 30th November 2013 or the funds will be lost. Full activation details will be supplied with the cards.
10. Any income tax liability relating to the receipt of the fuel is the sole responsibility of the Participant.
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for claims that are incomplete, illegible, damaged or lost.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any claim to a Gift on reasonable grounds, including (but not limited to) cases where any invoiced amount remains unpaid by the Participant or where the Participant's account with the Promoter has been stopped.
13. Should any of the goods that formed part of the Qualifying Transaction order be returned, resulting in the transaction no longer being a Qualifying Transaction, the Promoter reserves the right to demand the return of any Prize or alternatively to demand the reimbursement from the Participant of the Prize's current value.
14. In the event of any promotional dispute, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
15. The Promotion relates to Contract Direct, Account Sales and Cash purchases only.
16. The Promoter will only offer Gifts as stated and, for the avoidance of doubt, does not accept responsibility to pay any additional sums or expenses whatsoever (including, but not limited to, any form of insurance).
17. The Gifts are subject to availability, have no cash alternative, are non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to offer a similar gift, or a gift of equal or greater value, if the Gift becomes unavailable for any reason.
19. Participants should seek permission from their employer before submitting any claim. Any tax liability as a result of a claim is the participants own.
20. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical issues relating to your hardware, software, the internet nor any, system or software failures encountered on www.litres4litres.co.uk or during entry into the promotion. We try to ensure the standard of the site remains high but we do not accept any responsibility for interruptions to service, howsoever caused (including the Promoter's negligence). The Promoter reserves the right to suspend temporarily the operation of the Site without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for any other reason beyond its control. You are responsible for all Internet connection costs charged by your service provider. If you do not pay the bill please get permission from the person who does.
21. By participating into this Promotion, Participants are deemed to give their consent to appear in publicity material or other promotional activities related to the Promotion. Participants may be asked to participate in publicity or PR activities, which may involve the taking of photographs.
22. Owing to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage but will always endeavor to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
23. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promotion and the Gift Provider exclude: All conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied and; Any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any person in connection with the Promotion or any gift award.
24. This shall not be deemed to exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the Promoter, the Gift Provider, their agents or employees.
25. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter disclaims any responsibility for the proper functioning of, or other issues arising in relation to any gift.
26. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
27. Please retain these terms and conditions for future reference. Alternatively, further copies of these terms and conditions are available on request by writing to the Promoter providing a stamp-addressed envelope is enclosed

29. Data Protection: The Promoter is committed to protecting your privacy. Any information that is collected from Participants in connection with this Promotion will be used for this Promotion and for the purposes of future promotions, offers and publicity events. The Promoter will not pass the information collected to any third parties.

Ecobuild 2013 FREE ENTRY SCRATCH CARD PRIZE DRAW

1. By entering into this Prize Draw, participants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. This Prize Draw is open to persons aged 18 and above (the "Participants") and excludes employees of Imperial Chemical Industries Limited and the AkzoNobel group of companies, their families or agents or any other person connected with the running of this Prize Draw.
3. To enter the Prize Draw, Participants should select a scratch card available at the Dulux Trade exhibition stand, and scratch off the panel. The scratch card should then be presented to a member of Dulux Trade staff on the exhibition stand.
4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
5. This Prize Draw will run from 5th March 2013 until 7th March 2013.
6. Entries will only be accepted on official scratch cards and photocopies will not be accepted.
7. Only one entry per person will be permitted.
8. No third party or joint submissions will be accepted.
9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged or lost.
10. There are 20 Dulux Dog cuddly toys to be won on each day of the exhibition (the "Prizes").
11. The Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of a similar value in the event that the original Prizes offered are not available due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
12. No cash equivalent or alternative will be provided for any Prize awarded under the Prize Draw and Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
13. The Promoter reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude any Participants in this Prize Draw or withhold any prize where there has been a violation of any of these terms and conditions.
14. In the event of a dispute the decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. By participating in this Prize Draw, all Participants are deemed to give their consent to appear in publicity material or other promotional activities related to this Prize Draw.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Prize Draw in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice or compensation.
17. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes:


1. all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied; and
2. any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any Participant in connection with this Prize Draw. 19. This Prize Draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
