Cheam boy gets pole position in rally competition
Seven-year-old James Bradley's dreams came true earlier this month when he received a personal visit from British Rally Championship driver, Louise Cook. The professional driver stopped by to unveil the Cheam youngster's new-look rally themed bedroom after he won a national competition run by trade paint brand and official sponsor of the 2011 MSA British Rally Championship, Dulux Trade.

The professional driver stopped by to unveil the Cheam youngster's new-look rally themed bedroom after he won a national competition run by trade paint brand and official sponsor of the 2011 MSA British Rally Championship, Dulux Trade.
After beating over 1,800 entrants in the nationwide competition by correctly answering a rally car quiz, James was awarded a full rally themed makeover for his bedroom, including a car shaped bed and go-faster striped red, white and blue walls. As part of the prize, James also got behind the wheel of the leading female rally driver's Fiesta ST car.
"The prize was brilliant. Not many people get a real rally driver visiting their house - I feel really lucky," said James. "My new room is amazing too - the racing car bed is definitely my favourite part, I can't wait to show all my friends."
As James shares his bedroom with his older sister, Dulux Trade arranged for the room to be decorated in a style that would appeal to both siblings. So, while half of the room was painted in a high octane design, the rest was styled in a high fashion Vivienne Westwood Union Jack look.
James Green, Communications Manager at Dulux Trade, said: "Dulux Trade has been a proud sponsor of the British Rally Championship for two years now, and we wanted to run a competition especially for its younger fans and potential stars of the future. We're glad that James and his sister love their new bedroom, and are grateful for Louise's support in making the prize extra special."
James' bedroom makeover was completed by local designer, Vicki Wharton from Dulux Design Service, a national network of trained interior design professionals, and Dulux Select Decorator, Arek Property Services.
