Dulux Trade Extends Metalshield Range
Leading paint manufacturer, Dulux Trade, has extended its specialist coatings portfolio, with the launch of Metalshield Satin. A subtle, semi-gloss finish, Dulux Trade Metalshield Satin has been formulated to deliver easier application, improved maintenance cycles and increased labour savings.
Dulux Trade Metalshield Satin eliminates the need for a separate undercoat, reducing the application process to just three simple steps - one primer and two coats - rather than the traditional four - primer, undercoat and two coats. By simplifying application, Dulux Trade Metalshield Satin enables quicker re-coating and, in turn reduces downtime.
Alongside its straightforward application, Dulux Trade Metalshield Satin offers exceptional durability. A unique formulation within the product creates a barrier that locks out air and moisture, meaning it delivers up to eight years' protection for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Complementing the existing gloss coating, Dulux Trade Metalshield Satin dries to a modern, flat finish, making it ideal for contemporary decorative projects.
