A bit more about the technology
Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt has been newly reformulated using Dry Hiding Technology. This means that as it dries it gets more opaque. The result is an even better, flatter finish than the previous formulation, with absolutely no compromise on performance .
To show Dry Hiding Technology in action, we tested it on a substrate featuring a black stripe.
- When new formulation Vinyl Matt white is first applied, the black stripe is visible.
- But as the paint dries its opacity increases to match the previous formulation
- After 2 hours of drying, the black stripe is completely obscured
