Veri-Tag is a paint additive that's invisible to the naked eye but detectable using laser technology. An innovative development with exciting possibilities for the future, it is currently being added to Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt Light Base to give you greater control over project quality. Now with Veri-Tag added to over 4000 colours you can have the reassurance of knowing that your specification has been followed, and that the product you chose has been applied.
How Veri-Tag works
To verify the authenticity of Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt Light Base application, a simple inspection tool is used. The tool illuminates the coating in question with a laser beam which causes the minute particles of Veri-Tag additive within the paint to glow. These then show up as green spots on the surface of the paint when viewed through the detection device.
